About the clinic
My clinic room offers a relaxed, designated space within my home. Based in Anstey only 15mins from Leicester city centre. Free street parking is available.
During your first visit
Your first visit is roughly 45mins-1hr, which includes a 10-15min consultation followed by a full treatment. During the consultation we will discuss your medical history and current health concerns, and I will explain which treatment I think is best for you, before proceeding with your treatment.
I take a holistic approach with all my patients which may mean I use a combination of osteopathy, cranial osteopathy and acupuncture during your appointment.
Before and after your appointment
I recommend patients wear loose and comfortable clothing. Depending on your treatment you may also be asked to remove some items of clothing, or be in just your underwear (as you would for a massage), in which case I will cover you with a towel for modesty.
After your appointment it can be common to feel tired. I recommend drinking plenty of water and taking it as easy as possible.
