Treatments
During your initial consultation, we will discuss which treatment I think is best for you. I take a holistic approach with all my patients which may mean I use a combination of osteopathy and acupuncture during your appointment. If you have any questions about your treatment, please feel free to get in touch.
-
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a hands-on approach to healthcare that supports your body’s natural ability to heal. It lays its main emphasis on the structural and functional integrity of the body and uses manual techniques to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, aiming to restore proper function and alignment.
-
Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial osteopathy is refined approach to osteopathy which uses a highly developed sense of touch to feel subtle changes in tension and tissue quality and (despite its name) can be applied to the whole body, not just the head. Cranial osteopathy is widely known for the treatment of babies but is equally effective adults.
-
Paediatric Osteopathy
Paediatric osteopathy refers to the practice of osteopathy on babies or children. I use cranial osteopathy vs classic osteopathy, which applies gentle and non-evasive techniques such as massage, stretching, massage, articulation, to treat a wide range of paediatric problems.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine which involves inserting very fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate the nervous system and restore the body’s energetic balance. It can be used to help with pain relief, stress, headaches, digestive issues and a wide range of other conditions.
